For creators
A post that answers a question companies ask is something they can find you through, on Google and when they ask ChatGPT. The form gives the post the shape answer engines find easiest to quote, and the editors read it before it shows in search.
The same shape we use on our own sites. It comes out of a measurement where good articles were not quoted by answer engines at all, and what made the difference was the packaging, not the content.
Connect Hire UGC Talent to the AI assistant you already use. It gets the format and the industry rules from here, writes the post in your voice and saves a draft. You read it, change it and send it in yourself. It runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT account, and we never see your login there.

Needs Plus, Pro or a business plan. Settings, Apps & Connectors, Advanced: turn on Developer mode. Then create a connector, paste the address and choose no authentication.
The address is an MCP server, an open standard. It works in Le Chat from Mistral (Connectors, Custom MCP Connector) and in tools such as Cursor and VS Code that accept an MCP server by address.
Copy it, replace the square brackets and paste it into a new conversation.
# Write a blog post for my profile on Hire UGC Talent
## About me
I am a UGC creator and I make [what kind of videos] for [which companies or industries].
My profile: [your address, for example hireugctalent.com/profile/yourname/]
## The topic
The post should answer the question: [the question, for example What should a UGC skincare video include?]
Build it on what I know: [three to five things you do, see or advise companies on]
## How to do it
1. Call blog_recipe and follow the format.
2. If the post is about an industry, call industry_rules for it.
3. Show me the whole post. Do not invent numbers, clients or results I have not given you.
4. Save it with save_blog_post only once I have said yes.
A post you send in shows on your profile straight away. The editors read it, and once it is approved it can be found in search and appears in the creator blog. If the editors want you to change something you get an email, and the comment is next to the post.
If the post is about a company you work with, it is advertising and is labelled as such at the top. Claims about products follow the same rules as in the videos. Never invent numbers or results, neither yourself nor through the AI assistant.
Drafts from the AI assistant: the text of the draft and which program wrote it. We do not store the link itself, only a fingerprint of it, so not even we can open a draft without the link. A draft that has not been saved within fourteen days is deleted. The posts on your profile stay until you delete them.
What do companies ask you most often? That is your first post.
